    Download the Hall Pass app and create an account to receive your joining offer.

  2. Check in

    Check in when you arrive at a participating food hall to see what kitchen stamp cards and offers are available where you are.

  3. Earn & Spend Hall Points

    Scan your app every time you order at the bar or kitchen tills to earn and spend hall points.

  4. Unlock Stamp Card Rewards

    Unlock stamp card rewards when you order from your favourite kitchens.

  5. Pass it on

Hall Pass is the food hall loyalty app from the team behind Market Halls, created to reward every visit to your favourite food halls.

Earn ‘Hall Points’ to spend at any bar or kitchen, collect loyalty rewards at your favourite kitchens and unlock access to exclusive offers across our food halls.

Hall Pass is built for epic eats, delicious drinks, and making every visit even better. From quick bites to big nights, Hall Pass brings you rewards, offers and new reasons to keep coming back.

Whichever food hall you visit, Hall Pass keeps the good times flowing.

You’ll earn points for every £1 spent at any of our food halls. 1 point is worth 1p. You’ll get 10 points for every £1 spent at our traders and 5 points for every £1 spent at our bar. You’ll just need to scan the loyalty barcode at the till by tapping the button on the app that says ‘scan for loyalty’.

You can spend your points at any time. When you scan the loyalty barcode at the till by tapping the button on the app that says ‘scan for loyalty’, if you have points to spend, you’ll be asked by the till operator if you’d like to collect more points or spend points. Just tell them what you’d like to do and we’ll take care of the rest.

Please note you cannot select a lower value to use than the available points for a transaction. E.g .if you have a  £50  basket at the till and £60 of points, you cannot use £20 of points and keep the remaining £40 for another transaction; you would have to choose to use all your points available or not use the points at all in that transaction.

Any unused points will expire after 6 months after the last date you used the app. We’ll send you a reminder to use your points 4 weeks before they run out.

Your stamp card rewards will expire 120 days after your last visit to that kitchen in our food halls.
